The State Statistical Office, as a coordinator, jointly with the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Ministry of Finance, successfully completed all planed obligations that were in the frame of the transition period of five years for SDDS Plus standard, established by the International Monetary Fund, for providing all required statistical indicators for the National Summary Data Page (https://www.stat.gov.mk/nsdp.htm). The whole process was monitored, commented and approved by the IMF.
The National Summary Data Page - NSDP is posted on the website of the State Statistical Office of the Republic of North Macedonia and includes macroeconomic indicators (data categories) related to the four sectors of the national economy – Real Sector, Fiscal Sector, Financial Sector, External Sector as well as for the Population. NSDP includes the dissemination of all data categories in the formats of the Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange (SDMX) standards, which is particularly suitable for computerised data processing.
Republic of North Macedonia is part of the Special Data Dissemination Standard Plus– (SDDS Plus), established by the International Monetary Fund, since January 2019.
