The State Statistical Office and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Northern Macedonia signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing scientific and research activity and relevant statistical information in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The mutual cooperation will be realized in different areas of the scope of the two institutions, and particular attention will be paid to: - Initiating joint projects, studies, expert analysis of scientific fields of mutual interest of both institutions - Joint organization of expert debates on important issues and topics of mutual interest of both institutions and the country as a whole - Joint organization of events and projects related to the opening, improving and promotion of research infrastructure and resources - Joint publications and promotions of the results of research activities, as well as promotion of institutions - Exchange of information, statistics, publications - Other areas and forms of cooperation
