Continuing the tradition of regular annual lectures under the Memorandum of Cooperation between the International Balkan University and the State Statistical Office, the Office was host today to students from several study groups at this University. The lecture focused on the methods of conducting statistical surveys and the use of data from the website of the Office. The students and professors from IBU showed great interest in the lecture, and a discussion ensued about certain topics for which the students were particularly interested. The State Statistical Office will continue to organise this kind of lectures in order to increase the statistical literacy and bring statistics closer to the student population.
