In the period 9-10 May 2016, the State Statistical Office (SSO) organized a Study Visit on Quality Management for the representatives of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia. During the visit, the experts from the State Statistical Office presented their experiences and achievements on several subjects: the usage of quality management frameworks, calculation of quality indicators, filling in reference metadata structures (user- and production-oriented quality report), statistical business process model and its implementation in the SSO, usage of DESAP tool for self-assessment and future plans regarding the subject of business process management. The guests from the Republic of Serbia expressed their satisfaction with the presented subjects and shared experiences with a hope for future cooperation of such kind.
