Yesterday, at the Economic Chamber of Macedonia, as part of the celebration of World Statistics Day and the 70th anniversary, the State Statistical Office presented its work to a large number of representatives of member companies of the Chamber.
The cooperation of the SSO with the business community is of great importance for implementation of the programme tasks of the institution, and only the regular and timely collection of data from companies can contribute to the production of high-quality, timely and internationally comparable data that will be of great benefit to the companies in the creation of their business plans.
In addition, the SSO presented the established electronic system for collecting data, which significantly facilitates the communication with companies and helps reduce operating costs.
The intensification of the cooperation with the business community as one of the priorities of the State Statistical Office is continuing in the future with a series of meetings and discussions with immediate data providers in the country.
