On 29.01.2016, the State Statistical Office presented the first edition of the publication “Energy Consumption in Households” before the expert and scientific community. The data in the publication are a result of the Survey on Energy Consumption in Households. The Deputy-Director General of the State Statistical Office, Mr. Dejan Stankov, MSc, addressed at the promotion, while prof. Goran Chogelja, PhD, spoke about the importance of the data in the publication.
SSO employees who participated in the conducting of the Survey presented the data in more detail.
The disseminated data in this publication will meet the needs of this kind of data when creating of strategies and programmes, adequate policies and priorities in the area of energy.
The Survey was conducted with financial support by the European Energy Community in cooperation with the Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar from Croatia during 2015.
