The national statistical system in the Republic of North Macedonia and the State Statistical Office as its coordinator mark their 77th anniversary.
On the occasion of this important date, a new set of data from the Census 2021 will be published on 1 June - data on the educational characteristics of the resident population in the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as data on its economic activity. This set will also include data on disabilities of the population. The data will be available in the Makstat database (link).
As part of the celebration of the Macedonian Statistics Day, on 1 June starting at noon, the Army Hall will host an exhibition of paintings by the artist Zivko Popovski - Cvetin that he donated to the Office two years ago – for the 75th anniversary, but which due to the pandemic could not be shown to the general public. The director of the SSO, Mr. Apostol Simovski, will give a speech at this event.
