A catering facility is considered to be every catering business unit where the guests enjoy any kind of catering service, for example: accommodation, food and beverage and other services usually given in these establishments. Number of tables, counters and similar (number of seats) is the total number of seats which are available and usually set up at the catering facility. Number of rooms is the total number of rooms, which are available for renting for guests. An Apartment is presented as one room. Number of beds is the total number of all permanent and auxiliary beds for renting. As permanent beds are considered the beds which are ready for renting. The area of the catering facility is the total area of the catering facility expressed in m2. The turnover represents the total turnover realized in the catering facility from January 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008, expressed in thousand denars, grouped in value intervals. Average number of employees in the period 01.01.2008 to 31.08.2008, is the total average number of employees.
