Today in Korca, Republic of Albania, the director of the State Statistical Office, Mr. Apostol Simovski and the director of the Albanian Institute of Statistics, Mrs. Elsa Dhuli, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of statistics.
Both directors of the institutions emphasised the importance of this Memorandum, which in fact formalises the long-term fruitful cooperation of the statisticians from the two countries, which is now being raised to a new institutional level, which will enable expansion of the areas of action and the simplification of cooperation mechanisms.
