As part of the celebration of the Day of Macedonian Statistics, on 28 May 2016 (Saturday), the State Statistical Office organised a hiking trip to the summit of Mount Vodno (1066 metres elevation). Employees of the Office and nature enthusiasts set off at 9:00 a.m. from the meeting point near the Vodno Police Station. The group arrived at Sredno Vodno (Middle Vodno) after around 40 minutes, while those more determined walked another 70 minutes to the peak. The socialising continued in the mountain hut "Dare Dzambaz" at the Vodno summit, where the hikers were served traditional bean stew.
