The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency – Sida is organizing a two-day seminar on “Preparations for the Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in the Republic of North Macedonia”.
Representatives of statistical offices of the Western Balkan countries – North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina – will attend the seminar.
The State Statistical Office, as a host of the seminar, will present the latest preparations for the next Census in North Macedonia, as well as the techniques for conducting this big statistical operation.
Also, the other participating countries will present their plans for preparation of the Census and the participants will exchange ideas and experiences about the preparations for this biggest statistical operation.
The seminar is a continuation of the regional cooperation of the statistical offices in the region and a possibility to share the specificities in organizing the Census of Population in each of the participating-countries.
