Active Population in the Republic of Macedonia. Results from the Labour Force Survey, 3rd quarter 2010

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the III quarter of 2010, the labour force in the Republic of Macedonia numbered 949 313 persons, of which 648 773 or 68.3% were employed and 300 540 or 31.7% were unemployed persons.

The activity rate in this period was 57.6, the employment rate was 39.3, whereas the unemployment rate was 31.7.
