According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the IV quarter of 2019, the labour force in the Republic of North Macedonia numbered 968 604 persons, of which 807 362 were employed, while 161 242 were unemployed persons.
The activity rate in this period was 57.5, the employment rate was 47.9, while the unemployment rate was 16.6.
