Active Population in the Republic of Macedonia Results from the Labour Force Survey, IV quarter 2016

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the IV quarter of 2016, the labour force in the Republic of
Macedonia numbered 950 255 persons, of which 731 107 were employed, while 219 148 were unemployed persons.
The activity rate in this period was 56.6, the employment rate was 43.5, while the unemployment rate was 23.1.
