Active Population in the Republic of Macedonia Results from the Labour Force Survey, III quarter 2016

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the III quarter of 2016, the labour force in the Republic of
Macedonia numbered 949 944 persons, of which 727 985 were employed, while 221 959 were unemployed persons.
The activity rate in this period was 56.6, the employment rate was 43.4, while the unemployment rate was 23.4.
