According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the II quarter of 2015, the labour force in the Republic of Macedonia numbered 956 174 persons, of which 699 578 were employed, while 256 596 were unemployed persons.
The activity rate in this period was 57.0, the employment rate was 41.7, while the unemployment rate was 26.8.
