According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the III quarter of 2024, the labour force in the Republic of North Macedonia numbered 796 733 persons, of which 698 411 were employed, while 98 322 were unemployed persons. The activity rate in this period was 52.6, the employment rate was 46.1, while the unemployment rate was 12.3.
