According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the II quarter of 2020, the labour force in the Republic of North Macedonia numbered 953 039 persons, of which 793 416 were employed, while 159 623 were unemployed persons.
The activity rate in this period was 56.5, the employment rate was 47.1, while the unemployment rate was 16.7.
