Libraries in the Republic of Macedonia, 2013

According to the State Statistical Office data and the classification of libraries, there are several types of libraries in the Republic
of Macedonia, such as: national, libraries within tertiary education institutions, specialised libraries, non - specialised, libraries -
national institutions and public (popular) libraries.
In 2013, compared with 2010, the number of libraries within tertiary institutions increased by 16.1%.
The number of libraries in 2013, compared with 2010, remained at the same level.
