According to the data of State Statistical Office, the number of parking lots and garages in 2017 was 195, having an area of
607 402 m².
According to the processed data, 21 290 parking spaces are in an open space, 2 184 parking spaces are in covered garages, while in the multy-storey car park there are 6 197 spaces.
In 2017, the number of parking spaces for persons with special needs, parking spaces in an open space was 459, parking spaces in
covered garages was 53, while the number of parking lots and garages was 185.
This survey covers business entities that provide public parking in Republic of Macedonia and the parking lots of the municipalities.
