According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the fourth quarter of 2022, the number of passengers carried in road passenger transport is 939 thousands, in urban-suburban transport is 11 825 thousands, in rail transport is 131 thousands, whereas the number of passengers carried in air transport is 559 095.
In the fourth quarter of 2022, in comparison with the same period of 2021, the quantity of goods carried in freight road transport increased by 20.7%, in rail transport decreased by 28.5%, while in air transport it decreased by 3.5%.
