According to the data of State Statistical Office, in the first quarter of 2022, a total of 762 thousand passengers were carried in road passenger transport, 9 705 thousand passengers in urban-suburban transport, 61 thousand passengers in rail transport, and 348 494 passengers were carried in air transport.
In the first quarter of 2022, in comparison with the same period of 2021, the quantity of goods carried in freight road transport increased by 30.0%, in rail transport it decreased by 18.1%, and in air transport it increased by 4.5%.
