According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the third quarter of 2021, a total of 784 thousand passengers were carried in road passenger transport, 8 926 thousand passengers in urban-suburban transport, 66 thousand passengers in rail transport, and 598 863 passengers were carried in air transport.
In the third quarter of 2021, in comparison with the same period of 2020, the quantity of goods carried in freight road transport increased by 9.6 %, in rail transport it increased by 17.8 %, while in air transport it increased by 66.6 %.
