According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in December 2012 was 31 396, and the number of
nights spent by tourists was 63 260.
The number of tourists in December 2012, compared to December 2011, decreased by 4.5%, whereas the number of nights
spent increased by 0.5%.
The number of domestic tourists in December 2012, compared to December 2011, decreased by 7.1%, and the number of
foreign tourists decreased by 2.1%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in December 2012, compared to December 2011, decreased by 1.2%, whereas
the number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 2.1%.
The number of tourists in the period January-December 2012, compared to the same period of the previous year, increased by
2.5%: the number of domestic tourists decreased by 2.4%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 7.3%.
The number of nights spent in the period January-December 2012, compared to the same period of the previous year, decreased
by 1.0%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 5.5%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 7.5%.
