According to the data of the State Statistical Offce, the number of tourists in December 2010 was 34 370, and the number of
nights spent by tourists was 64 260.
The number of tourists in December 2010, compared to December 2009, increased by 26.5%, and the number of nights spent
increased by 19.9%.
The number of domestic tourists in December 2010, compared to December 2009, increased by 48.6%, and the number of foreign
tourists increased by 7.1%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in December 2010, compared to December 2009, increased by 30.3%, and the
number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 9.2%.
The number of tourists in the period January- December 2010, compared to the same period of the previous year, decreased by
0.3%: the number of domestic tourists decreased by 1.2%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 1.0%.
The number of nights spent in the period January- December 2010, compared to the same period of the previous year, decreased
by 3.9%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 3.7%, while those by foreign tourists decreased by
4.2%.
