According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in October 2018 was 83 303, and the number of nights spent
by tourists was 182 557.
The number of tourists in October 2018, compared to October 2017, increased by 7.1%, and the number of nights spent increased by
10.1%.
The number of domestic tourists in October 2018, compared to October 2017, increased by 13.7%, while the number of foreign tourists increased by 4.4%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in October 2018, compared to October 2017, increased by 11.9%, whereas the number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 9.1%.
In the period January - October 2018, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 13.1%: the number
of domestic tourists increased by 14.1%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 12.5%.
In the period January - October 2018, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 14.9%: the
number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 14.2%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 15.8%.
