According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in September 2017 was 104 120, and the number of
nights spent by tourists was 242 719.
The number of tourists in September 2017, compared to September 2016, increased by 23.9%, and the number of nights spent
increased by 23.1%.
The number of domestic tourists in September 2017, compared to September 2016, increased by 10.3%, while the number of
foreign tourists increased by 29.1%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in September 2017, compared to September 2016, increased by 23.8%, and the
number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 22.8%.
In the period January-September 2017, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 16.7%: the
number of domestic tourists increased by 6.9%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 23.7%.
In the period January-September 2017, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 12.4%:
the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 5.3%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 22.6%.
