According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in June 2017 was 84 778, and the number of nights
spent by tourists was 197 016.
The number of tourists in June 2017, compared to June 2016, increased by 18.1%, and the number of nights spent increased by
14.6%.
The number of domestic tourists in June 2017, compared to June 2016, increased by 4.1%, while the number of foreign tourists
increased by 24.0%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in June 2017, compared to June 2016, increased by 8.1%, and the number of
nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 18.2%.
In the period January - June 2017, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 12.6%: the number
of domestic tourists increased by 11.4%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 13.1%.
In the period January - June 2017, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 12.5%: the
number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 9.7%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 14.3%.
