According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in February 2016 was 32 467, and the number of
nights spent by tourists was 72 385.
The number of tourists in February 2016, compared to February 2015, increased by 9.2%, and the number of nights spent
increased by 16.2%.
The number of domestic tourists in February 2016, compared to February 2015, increased by 17.6%, while the number of foreign
tourists increased by 4.9%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in February 2016, compared to February 2015, increased by 19.8%, and the
number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 13.9%.
In the period January - February 2016, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 12.9%: the
number of domestic tourists increased by 16.0%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 11.0%.
In the period January - February 2016, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 18.2%:
the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 24.2%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 13.8%.
