According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in the period January - December 2014, compared to
the same period last year, increased by 4.8%: the number of domestic tourists increased by 2.7%, while that of foreign tourists
increased by 6.4%.
The number of nights spent in the period January - December 2014, compared to the same period last year, increased by 1.8%:
the number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 0.2%, whereas those by foreign tourists increased by 4.7%.
The number of tourists in December 2014 was 32 413, and the number of nights spent by tourists was 64 687.
The number of tourists in December 2014, compared to December 2013, decreased by 3.8%, and the number of nights spent
decreased by 6.3%.
The number of domestic tourists in December 2014, compared to December 2013, decreased by 6.9%, while the number of
foreign tourists decreased by 1.7%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in December 2014, compared to December 2013, decreased by 0.8%, and the
number of nights spent by foreign tourists decreased by 10.0%.
