According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in July 2024 was 204 336, of which 41.8% were domestic tourists and the other 58.2% were foreign tourists.
The number of nights spent in July 2024 was 756 831, of which 70.6% are realised by domestic and the other 29.4% are realised by foreign tourists.
In the period January - July 2024, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 8.7%: the number of domestic tourists decreased by 0.5%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 13.7%.
In the period January - July 2024, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 6.1%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 2.7%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 9.7%.
