According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in May 2024 was 106 604, of which 25.5% were domestic tourists and 74.5% were foreign tourists.
The number of nights spent in May 2024 was 200 439, of which 29.4% were by domestic and 70.6% by foreign tourists.
In the period January - May 2024, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 12.0%: the number of domestic tourists increased by 2.6%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 16.6%.
In the period January - May 2024, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 10.2%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 8.8%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 11.0%.
