According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in February 2024 was 44 224, of which 39.0% were domestic tourists and the other 61.0% were foreign tourists.
The number of nights spent in February 2024 was 89 362, of which 44.7% are realised by domestic and the other 55.3% are realised by foreign tourists.
In the period January - February 2024, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 9.0%: the number of domestic tourists increased by 3.9%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 12.8%.
In the period January - February 2024, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 11.6%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 12.0%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 11.2%.
