According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in July 2023 was 197 273, of which 46.0% were domestic tourists and the other 54.0% were foreign tourists.
The number of nights spent in July 2023 was 742 970, of which 71.4% are realised by domestic and the other 28.6% are realised by foreign tourists.
In the period January - July 2023, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 25.3%: the number of domestic tourists increased by 1.2%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 44.0%.
In the period January - July 2023, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 12.4%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 0.7%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 28.4%.
