According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in June 2023 was 110 319, of which 23.5% were domestic tourists and the other 76.5% were foreign tourists.
The number of nights spent in June 2023 was 225 092, of which 30.6% are realised by domestic and the other 69.4% are realised by foreign tourists.
In the period January - June 2023, compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 30.1%: the number of domestic tourists increased by 2.8%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 46.8%.
In the period January - June 2023, compared to the same period last year, the number of nights spent increased by 18.8%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 1.2%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 32.9%.
