According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in December 2013 was 33 679, and the number of
nights spent by tourists was 69 024.
The number of tourists in December 2013, compared to December 2012, increased by 7.3%, and the number of nights spent
increased by 9.1%.
The number of domestic tourists in December 2013, compared to December 2012, decreased by 8.5%, while the number of
foreign tourists increased by 21.0%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists in December 2013, compared to December 2012, decreased by 8.9%, whereas
the number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 26.0%.
The number of tourists in the period January-December 2013, compared to the same period last year, increased by 5.8%: the
number of domestic tourists decreased by 3.3%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 13.8%.
The number of nights spent in the period January-December 2013, compared to the same period last year, increased by 0.3%:
the number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 4.8%, while those by foreign tourists increased by 8.6%.
