Average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface, 2011

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m² of dwelling surface in
2011 was 50 131 denars, which is 3.8% lower than in 2010.
In Skopje, the average price per 1m² was 58 958 denars, which is 8.1% less compared with 2010, while in
the other settlements it was 41 304 denars, which is 6.5% less compared with 2010.
Regarding the average price per 1m² in the second half of 2011, it decreased by 12.6% compared with the
first half, and in Skopje it was lower by 1.6%.
The average prices of 1 m2 dwelling surface are shown without VAT.
