The average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia in 2009 was 51 644 denars, which is 7.0% less compared with 2008

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m² in 2009 was 51 644 denars, which is 7.0% less than in 2008. In Skopje, the average price per 1m² was 56 795 denars, which is 1.0% less compared with 2008, while in other settlements it was 41 480 denars, which is 14.2% less compared with 2008.

Concerning the average price per 1m² in the second half of 2009, it is 7.0% less compared with the first one, and in Skopje it is lower by 4.3%.
