Average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface

According to the data from the State Statistical Offce, the average price per 1m² of dwelling surface in 2010 was 52 125 denars, which is 0.9% more than in 2009.

In Skopje, the average price per 1m2 ² was 64 127 denars, which is 12.9% more compared with 2009, while in the other settlements it was 44 163 denars, which is 6.5% more compared with 2009.

Concerning the average price per 1m² in the second half of 2010, it increased by 9.5% compared with the frst half, and in Skopje it was higher by 6.7%.

The average prices of 1m2 ² dwelling surface are shown without VAT.
