According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface in 2019 was 44 994 denars, which is 4.3% higher than in 2018.
In Skopje, the average price per 1m2 was 48 204 denars, which is 3.1% higher compared with 2018, while in the other settlements it was 35 255 denars, which is 6.3% higher compared with 2018.
Regarding the average price per 1m2 in the second half of 2019, it decreased by 4.3% compared with the first half, and in Skopje it was lower by 2.8%.
