Average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface, 2018

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m² of dwelling surface in 2018 was 43 155 denars, which is 3.2% higher than in 2017.
In Skopje, the average price per 1m² was 46 764 denars, which is 7.0% higher compared with 2017, while in the other settlements it was 33 157 denars, which is 3.6% higher compared with 2017.
Regarding the average price per 1m² in the second half of 2018, it decreased by 3.9% compared with the first half, and in Skopje it was lower by 2.8%.
