Average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface, 2016

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m² of dwelling surface in 2016 was 43 091 denars,
which is 6.5% lower than in 2015.
In Skopje, the average price per 1m² was 50 829 denars, which is 3.9% lower compared with 2015, while in the other settlements
it was 32 721 denars, which is 1.6% lower compared with 2015.
Regarding the average price per 1m² in the second half of 2016, it decreased by 5.9% compared with the first half, and in Skopje
it was lower by 3.8%.
The average prices of 1 m² dwelling surface are shown without VAT.
