Average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface, 2015

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface in 2015 was 46 085 denars,
which is 0.9% lower than in 2014.
In Skopje, the average price per 1m2 was 52 916 denars, which is 1.8% lower compared with 2014, while in the other settlements
it was 33 243 denars, which is 0.8% lower compared with 2014.
Regarding the average price per 1m2 in the second half of 2015, it decreased by 2.7% compared with the first half, and in Skopje
it was lower by 1.5%.
The average prices of 1 m² dwelling surface are shown without VAT.
