Average price per 1m2 of dwelling surface, 2013

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, the average price per 1m² of dwelling surface in 2013 was 46 825 denars,
which is 6.2% lower than in 2012.
In Skopje, the average price per 1m² was 54 857 denars, which is 6.5% lower compared with 2012, while in the other settlements
it was 39 264 denars, which is 9.4% lower compared with 2012.
Regarding the average price per 1m² in the second half of 2013, it decreased by 12.5% compared with the first half, and in Skopje
it was lower by 8.1%.
The average prices of 1m² dwelling surface are shown without VAT.
