According to the State Statistical Office data, in the period January-March 2012, the total value of completed construction works abroad was 66 356 thousand denars, which is 76.4% less compared with the same period of the previous year.
In the specified period, the construction enterprises from the Republic of Macedonia have contracted construction works abroad totaling 189 356 thousand denars, which is 88.5% less compared with the same period of the previous year.
In the reference period, there was an increase in the volume of completed construction works in the Netherlands, while a decrease was registered in the other countries. Italy and France appear as new markets.
The values for the period January – March 2012/2011 are given on the basis of the parity 1 US dollar = 47.5346 denars.
