According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 181 building permits were issued in January 2013, which was 7.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 667 678 thousand denars, which was 30.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 136 (75.1%) are for buildings, 20 (11.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 25 (13.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 181 structures, for 138 (76.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 43 (23.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 512 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 38 855 m2.
