According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 258 building permits were issued in October 2012, which was 3.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 139 109 thousand denars, which was 29.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 196 (76.0%) are for buildings, 30 (11.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 32 (12.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 258 structures, for 189 (73.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 69 (26.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 501 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 42 181 m2.
