According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 249 building permits were issued in June 2012, which was 9.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 8 916 606 thousand denars, which was 291.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 179 (71.9%) are for buildings, 27 (10.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 43 (17.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 249 structures, for 169 (67.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 80 (32.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 629 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 47 452 m2.
