According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 210 building permits were issued in March 2012, which was 7.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 570 055 thousand denars, which was 74.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 146 (69.5%) are for buildings, 43 (20.5%) are for civil engineering structures, and 21 (10.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 210 structures, for 130 (61.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 80 (38.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 512 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 41 010 m<sup>2</sup>.
