Number of issued building permits in October 2010

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 191 building permits were issued in October 2010, which is 29.0% less than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the constructions is 1 538 379 thousand denars, which is 19.3% less than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 158 (82.7%) are for buildings, 12 (6.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and 21 (11.0%) are for reconstructions.

Of the total of 191 structures, for 151 (79.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 40 (20.9%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 273 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 26 106 m².
